Order Processing Time
Most Buddee orders are processed within 2 business days. Orders placed after Friday at 2:00 PM will begin processing on the next business day.
Shipping Methods
We offer standard and expedited shipping options. Available methods will be displayed at checkout so you can choose the one that suits you best.
Shipping Costs
Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on your location and the shipping method selected.
Regional Delivery Surcharge
Some regional and remote areas may incur an additional delivery fee due to higher shipping costs. Orders shipping to selected regional postcodes will include a $10 surcharge on top of the standard shipping rate.
This surcharge will be automatically applied at checkout based on your delivery postcode, so you will always see the final shipping cost before completing your purchase.
Delivery Time
Delivery time varies depending on the chosen shipping method and your address. Once your order ships, you’ll receive a confirmation email with tracking details.
Tracking Information
After your order is dispatched, you’ll receive a tracking number by email. Please allow up to 24 hours for tracking updates to appear.
Returns
We want every Buddee experience to be a happy one. If you're not satisfied, we accept returns under the following conditions:
Unopened Products
Unopened items can be returned within 30 days of delivery. Please reach out to our support team to request a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) before sending anything back.
Return Shipping Costs
Customers are responsible for return shipping unless the return is due to an error on our part.
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your returned product, we’ll issue a refund to your original payment method (excluding return shipping costs).
Damaged or Defective Items
If your Buddee product arrives damaged or defective, please contact our support team right away. We’ll guide you through the return or replacement process.
